What should we do on the trip?
Anything you like.
Ou limos hold 12 – 20, while our party buses hold up to 25 people, so even something as ordinary as going to a restaurant is fun because you’ll have a large group. Our vehicles also have perimeter seating, which means everyone sits in a large semi circle. A lot more fun that school bus style seating.
We also encourage theme parties, costumes, hats, photo opp trips – really anything. Seniors are especially welcome – we can drive to different scenic spots or parks and get card games going), and we have a knitting club that enjoys outings. Cincinnati has a lot of history – we can help with something like that too.
We’re not just pub crawls. We like creative ideas that any group would enjoy. Think outside the box!

How does the trip I plan get promoted?
You’ll promote it on social media.
We’ll give you a link for the trip, which your followers can click on. They’ll go to our site, and see the proposed trip. They then select how many seats they want, and pay online.
We take care of all the logistics. Your only involvment is planning where you go and what you do – you know, the fun part.
We take care of the rest. Your commission is paid after the date of service.
How many people do I need for each trip?
That is up to you. We have different size vehicles ranging from 12 to 25 each. Some pepole fill a vehicle half way, while others use multiple vehicles for one outing.
How do I see seat prices before I plan a trip?
Easy.
You can go online to our site to see what a vehicle cost on the date, time, and duration you want. Then just take that cost and divide it by the number of seats you think you’ll sell, and you have the cost per seat.
Example
You want a 25 passenger limo bus for 8 hours on a Saturday. The site says the total cost (all in including a prepaid tip) is $1,800
You think you’ll have about 20 – 25 people there, so let’s set minimum seat sales at 20.
$1,800/20 = $90 per seat.
Now we add in your commission. Say you choose a $200 commission for yourself.
$200/20 seats = $10 more per seat.
$90 + $10 = $100 per seat final price.
That’s $12.50 per hour for them. In a limo. Having a ball.

What if I have fewer people than the vehicle will hold?
That’s fine. When you plan the trip, we ask you how many people you think will be attending. As long as you hit that number, the trip is on!
Fair warning. If you say, for example, that 10 people will be buying seats, then you need to make that happen. If you say 10 people will buy, and you sell fewer seats, you’ll need to either cancel the trip or buy the unsold seats yourself.
We’ll help you manage that.
Can I do this more than once?
Absolutely. In fact, that is common. Once you have a group of people together, if they have a good time you should repeat it once or twice a month.
Say you’re a food reviewer. Everyone could go to a different restaurant every time.
Adrenaline junkie? Let’s do helicoptor flights this month, kayaking the next time, and then skydiving.

How much do passengers pay?
That depends on how long you decide to make the trip.
We’ll do anywhere from 2 – 24 hours.
Seats are typically between $50 – $100 per seat. Many people choose all day (12 hr) trips because we charge less per hour on longer trips than we do on shorter trips.
Read that again. We charge less per hour on longer trips. Go long!
Think how much everything costs these days. A limo is affordable entertainment!
Does my commission affect seat pricing?
Yes.
The commission you make is added onto what we charge for the seats.
Here are some examples (all using a 20 passenger limo that sells all 20 seats):
- You make a $100 commission. That raises the seat prices by $5.00 ($100/20 = $5)
- You make a $300 commission. That raises the seat price by $15.00 ($300/20 = $15)
Add in what Motortoys is charging for the seats, and that’s what passengers will pay.
Sample Trip Ideas
Taco Tuesday – Meet at 6:00pm, go to a different mexican restaurant every other Tuesday. Margaretas in the limo.
Boat Drinks. Pina Coladas, Mai Tais, etc. in the limo. Everyone wears a loud, ugly, tropical shirt. Jimmy Buffet music?
Beer trail. Vist a couple of local distilleries.
Cookie Monster club. Everyone brings homemade baked goods, and we all sample them on the limo.
Exotic car outing. You drive your Ferrari, and escort a couple of our buses. In the buses? Your friends and family. A fun way to involve your friends and family in your car addiction!
Zip code trip. Let’s say you live in zip code 45140. Let’s do a trip only for people that live there. In no time at all, you’ll know lots and lots of your neighbors!
